David Courtney, a Vietnam Veteran and Pastor, embodies the spirit of community, service, and compassion, right here in Cottonwood, Arizona.

From the words of his peers, “Mr. Courtney is a man who can’t sit still.” Every month, David collects funds from members of the church, channeling these resources towards various community centers across Verde Valley.

From the Senior Center to the House of Ruth, and Arizona’s Children Organization, David ensures that the support extends far beyond the Verde Valley campground, reaching those in need throughout the community. His good works also extend to his fellow veterans, organizing charity events and initiatives to uplift and support them when they need it most.
